We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all courses purchased on CertoSphere. If you're not satisfied with your course for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

Important: To qualify for a refund, you must have completed less than 30% of the course content.

Eligibility Criteria

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • You have completed less than 30% of the course content
  • You have not downloaded any course completion certificates
  • The course content is significantly different from what was advertised

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • If you have completed more than 30% of the course

  • If your account has been terminated due to violation of our terms of service

Course Cancellation

  • Access to course materials will remain available for 90 days after cancellation

Subscription Cancellations

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period
  • No refunds are provided for partial months
