We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all courses purchased on CertoSphere. If you're not satisfied with your course for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
Important: To qualify for a refund, you must have completed less than 30% of the course content.
Eligibility Criteria
You are eligible for a refund if:
- You request a refund within 30 days of course purchase
- You have completed less than 30% of the course content
- You have not downloaded any course completion certificates
- The course content is significantly different from what was advertised
- You experience technical issues that prevent course access (and we're unable to resolve them)
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- After 30 days from the date of purchase
- If you have completed more than 30% of the course
- If you have downloaded or received your course completion certificate
- For courses purchased during special promotions or discounts (unless otherwise stated)
- If your account has been terminated due to violation of our terms of service
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Wait for Review: Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days
- Receive Confirmation: You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund is approved

Course Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel or discontinue courses at any time. In such cases:
- Students will be notified at least 30 days in advance (where possible)
- Full refunds will be issued for cancelled courses
- Students will have the option to transfer to a similar course at no additional cost
- Access to course materials will remain available for 90 days after cancellation
Subscription Cancellations
For monthly or annual subscription plans:
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
- Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period
- No refunds are provided for partial months
- You'll retain access to all courses until the end of your billing period
Refund Processing Time
Once your refund is approved:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 7-10 business days
- PayPal: 5-7 business days
- Bank Transfer: 10-14 business days
